The International Certified Future Strategist programme takes learners through five modules in five months (13 course days in all). The ICFS covers step-by-step the theory and practice of futures thinking and strategy development.
The course helps you to understand how to link unpredictable futures with strategy and action. It builds up from trend scanning to scenario development and further to vision, strategy and organisational change.
Participants are supported by experienced tutors in working through a case of their own. The program has proved to be a career changer for many ICFS alumni.
After certification, ICFS alumni can choose to get qualification as part of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) recognized across Europe, by CMI – the Chartered Management Institute, UK (not covered in the ICFS fee). This is an opportunity for alumni to prove to others that they have gained knowledge on the subject of foresight, trend analysis, and strategy. Moreover, ICFS provides past and present participants with an international alumni network to keep updated of the latest research and thinking and catch up with former colleagues.
